The buyer was referred to me through a family connection and she mentioned that she had her eye on this property (13 Myera) that had just come to market.

It was the first time she had purchased a property in Western Australia so I spent some time educating her around the process.

Prior to her inspecting, I advised on pricing and strategy for her to purchase. The negotiation lasted over a week at which stage she then secured the property!
