I was really attracted to this property for a few reasons, particularly the lock and leave aspect. I really enjoyed being on the ground floor and having two separate entrances. The relaxed flexibility of a front and rear exit makes for a much more practical style of living.
For me, having some form of a garden was a non-negotiable and the property really delivered in this aspect. When you enter from Taylor Road it is almost as if I have my own private entrance and courtyard that I get to enjoy privately, but don’t have to maintain!
The location is perfect for a busy lifestyle. On one end of the Street is Taylor Road IGA, which has some of the best produce I have found for fruit and veggies. At the other end of the street is College Park, a great place to exercise and socialise. Not to mention that you have a great access to public transport to catch into the city for work, or busses to Claremont for leisure or just about anywhere.
It is a really private and secure place to live as you have off street, sheltered parking and a lockup storeroom. It creates an easy, low stress and high convenience lifestyle, really ticking all the boxes.
